CBS is an international conference and is conducted entirely in English so attendees from every country can take part.

Visa requirements depend on your nationality. CBS 2026 is in Chiang Mai, Thailand (November 3–5). Check with the Thai embassy or consulate in your country for the latest entry rules — many visitors qualify for visa exemption or visa on arrival.

Start with your local Thai embassy or consulate, and allow extra time if you need a visa in advance. Once you have a ticket, we can issue a business invitation letter to support your application.

We have learned from previous events that many of the participants love to network. It is true, these live events bring together top business executives from around the world, and it is a once in a lifetime chance to have this many amazing people in the same room. So we started doing what we call round tables to end the event. This is a session we end the event with where we take select speakers from the day’s sessions and have attendees choose a “break out session” (round table) on a certain topic with a certain speaker.
