Refund Policy for Events
We understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend one of our events, here are your options:

• Ticket Transfers: Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold or assigned to another individual.
• Refund Requests:
  
  • If you request a refund between November 2024 and January 2025, a $10 deduction will apply.
  • If you request a refund between February and March 2025, a 20% deduction will apply.
  • If you request a refund between April and May 2025, a 20% deduction will apply.
  • If you request a refund between June and August 2025, a 30% deduction will apply.
  • If you request a refund between September and October 2025, a 50% deduction will apply due to pre-event preparations and commitments.
  • If you request a refund a day or two before the event, we can offer you the option to attend the following year’s event instead.

Services:
If you would like to cancel your service package (company setup, audits, company secretary services) please do so before we have started the service package to receive a full refund, no questions asked. If the services have gone underway and government and accountant service fees have been executed, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Digital Books and Online Training:
Please give these books and online trainings a good, honest try. If it’s not working for you, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we’ll refund your money—no questions asked.
