We are close to formally announcing our CBS 2020 date and location – but hunting for a venue first.

here’s our email for bids:
Hope you are having a great end of year! We’re planning 2020 and want to lock in a time for our annual conference.
For our fifth annual community conference- Crossbordersummit – we want to do it in Thailand – we made the event site www.crossbordersummit.com/thailand and we want to do it in Chiang Mai.
Amount of attendees – 150 people
Main conference (of 150 people) 1 room, 1 stage, audience setup
With lunch each day
9am to 6pm each day
Thursday and Friday November 19, 20, 2020
Pre-event (about 40 people)
Wednesday afternoon Nov 18, 2pm to 6pm
1 room – round tables, about 5 round tables of 8 people each table.
Wednesday dinner, 630pm to 9pm
Post -event (workshops)
Saturday Nov 21, 2020
3 training rooms for about 20 people each, with 1 teacher each room.
10am to 1pm, 2pm to 5pm
We don’t normally sell hotel room with the event (for the last 4 years) but we do buy room for special guests from our budget.
We will pay for some rooms for ourselves / special guests
Should we tell attendees to book on your website, or should they pay us and we pay you ? Can they get a discount if they buy for our conference?
